One of the fundamental rights of an individual is the protection of their personal data
AGRAM YACHTING d.o.o., Obala kneza Branimira 5, 23000 Zadar, OIB: 93962936243 (hereinafter: the Company), collects, processes and uses personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: Regulation). The Company is responsible for ensuring adequate protection of individual personal data and shall undertake all appropriate organizational and technical measures to this effect.
The information which the Company is obliged to deliver, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, to all-natural persons whose personal data are collected and processed can be found in the Company’s form, the Data Processing Information (DPI).
If you would like to submit an inquiry regarding the way in which the Company uses your personal data or you would like to file a complaint with regards to processing of your personal data, after filling out the Data Subject Request Form, you can contact our Personal Data Protection Officer or send an e-mail to dpo@agram-yachting.hr.
The Company will process your request only after receiving irrefutable confirmation of your identity (via visual inspection of a document with a photograph, or via copy of a document signed by the subject if the request is sent via e-mail). If the Company has any reasonable doubts with regards to determining your identity in the process of submitting a request, it can request additional information necessary for identification, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation. The Company shall immediately reply to your submission, no later than one month after receiving your request. This deadline can be extended by additional two months, depending on the complexity and the number of submitted requests.
The Company shall inform you about every instance of such deadline extension within one month after receiving the request and stipulate the reasons for the extension.
If the Company does not process your request, it will immediately, and no later than one month after the request had been submitted, inform you of the reasons for not processing the request and provide information about the possibility of filing an official complaint to the Personal Data Protection Agency.
The Company has the right to charge a reasonable fee based on the administrative costs, or refuse to process your request if your requests are clearly unfounded or excessive (e.g., in case of excessive re-submission of the request).
